Cameroonian Authorities Accused Of Prosecuting English Speaking Citizens

Cameroonian authorities have been accused continuously of Language discrimination by it’s English speaking parts.

A video was released online and also shared on whatsapp of Anglophone Cameroonian activists been held in an underground cell.

The video recording was not clear, but the speaker introduced himself as Asaah Patrick Ndangoh claiming that, 12 of them have been held captive by the government.

The authenticity of the video has not yet been confirmed.

English speaking Cameroonians are found in the Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroon.

They are a minority in a country of about 18 million people.

The international community are yet to make a statement on this wave of tyranny by the Cameroonian government that has been ongoing for about two years.
